The reasons for abnormal sound of wire straightener
Wire straighteneris widely used in constructional engineering, it is loved by many people because it can improve processing speed. However, many customers said that there is some abnormal sound in the process of using wire straightener, why? I think, that abnormal sound may be from its feeding box. Generally speaking, there are three reasons for abnormal sound, one is bearing damage, the second is clamps damage, the third is apical teeth phenomenon between top gear and bottom gear, how to solve these problems? There are some ways to solve it:
1.Ways for bearing damage is checking the damaged condition of bearing, changing it if it is seriously damaged;
2.Ways for clamps damage is checking the damaged condition of clamps, changing it if it is seriously damaged;
3.Ways for apical teeth phenomenon between top gear and bottom gear is putting steel bar and turning on it, top gear fault will disappear because operation of machine.
Problems must be solved in time when it comes, or it will cause a loss to production, so we should use efficient ways to solve the problems of wire straightener. I hope the above-mentioned ways can help you operate straightener better.
