Lubricating Work and Leakage Management Standard of Wire Bending Machine

1. Lubrication of Metal Wire Bending Machine:

The lubricating work of metal wire bending machine is an important part for field use and maintenance. Proper and reasonable lubricating equipment can reduce friction and wear on equipment parts, extend the service life of wire bending machine, give full play to the performance of the equipment, reduce the functional loss, and prevent corrosion and deformation of the equipment. On the contrary, ignoring the lubrication work of the wire bending machine and improperly lubricating the wire bending machine will accelerate the wear of the equipment, cause frequent equipment failures and accidents, accelerate the deterioration of the equipment, and affect the product quality and output. Therefore, equipment management personnel, users, and maintenance personnel should pay attention to the lubrication of equipment.

2. Oil Leakage Treatment Standard for Metal Wire Bending Machine:

(1): Oil seepage: the oil trace is not obvious, and the oil trace is not seen within five minutes after the oil trace is wiped clean.

(2): Oil leakage: oil traces are obvious, and some form oil droplets. Oil traces or oil droplets appear within five minutes after the oil traces or oil droplets are wiped clean.

(3): Oil spill point: There is an obvious oil trace or an oil drop, which is a leak point.

(4): No oil leakage equipment: static faying face does not seep oil and dynamic faying face does not leak oil. 80% of the faying face does not leak oil, and the oil leakage part does not exceed one drop in three minutes, which is basically no oil leakage equipment.

(5): Serious oil leakage equipment: The equipment has one of the following conditions, or one oil spill point dripping for more than three drops in one minute, it is a serious oil leakage equipment.

(6): General oil leakage equipment: Where there is oil leakage, but not enough to cause the above serious oil leakage, it is a general oil leakage equipment.

(7): Qualified management: Static faying face does not seep oil, dynamic faying face ( except for all moving parts which are manually lubricated, such as guideway, lead screw, and light bar) does not leak oil.
